Why did I start ThriveMed, SC?
I started ThriveMed, SC because Direct Primary Care (DPC) gives me the
opportunity to help individuals and families realize their health and wellness
goals in a way that works for them. Believe it or not, quality healthcare
can be efficient, personal, and affordable. How? Connection – we
get to know each other, set goals together, celebrate successes and realign when
our plans need to change.

I believe you can save money while having a better patient experience. In DPC, we
eliminate the administration and overhead required by insurance companies,
hospital systems, and the “usual” healthcare process. We’ve eliminated
the barriers between your physician, your team, your medications, your
resources. This allows us to take care of our patients at a much lower cost. We

Life doesn’t happen just from 9-5. We designed our office hours around your daily
needs, so they can change from day to day and plan for the unexpected. Your concerns are taken care of as soon as possible during the day (utilizing text, email, even social media) so you don’t play phone tag trying to get answers. Urgent visits are scheduled within 48 hours, most are same day, and we are on call for you after hours, so you don’t have to go it alone in an emergency.

For members, a visit costs $25 regardless of type (in-person, virtual, phone). For non-members, a visit ranges from $100-$200 depending on service. Hormone optimization consults range from $200-$400.
